Joint Ventures with Physicians/Investors

King’s referring physician joint ventures benefit physicians both financially and operationally. King’s invests significant capital in these joint ventures, minimizing the physician’s financial contribution and risk. We also take care of all financial planning, purchasing, reporting, billing and collections for the venture. Of equal importance, however, is the oversight and management of daily operations, which requires proven expertise.

We will hire and train staff, schedule patients, manage quality assurance and clinical services, obtain requisite accreditations and licenses, and handle all equipment service, maintenance and parts issues. By providing and managing these and all other services inherent in the day-to-day operation of the facility and service, King’s frees the referring physician/partners to focus their resources and energy on critical issues of patient care—not business administration.
